Vuba: A Brand Refresh for a Sustainable Future
Vuba is a company revolutionizing urban mobility with Automated Transit Networks (ATN). Their innovative system of self-driving Pod Cars and elevated Guideways offers a solution to urban congestion and environmental pollution. We were tasked with refreshing Vuba's brand identity to reflect their cutting-edge technology and commitment to a sustainable future.
Crafting a Cohesive Brand Identity:
We conducted a comprehensive brand redesign in collaboration with Odegard & Co., focusing on crafting a strong visual language through a comprehensive brand package:
Brand Package: This core package included several key elements:
- Wordmark & Combination Mark: We developed a new word mark that is sleek, modern, and reflects the company's forward-thinking approach. Additionally, we created a combination mark that combines the word mark with a symbolic element, further solidifying brand recognition.
- Icon & Favicon: A distinct icon set visually represents key aspects of Vuba's ATN, simplifying information for users. The favicon ensures immediate brand recognition on digital platforms.
- Network Visualization: Playful and engaging graphics were created to depict Vuba's network of Pod Cars and Guideways. These visuals effectively showcase the innovative design concept in a way that is both informative and appealing.
- Brand Book: All our design elements were meticulously compiled into a comprehensive brand book. This document serves as a guide for consistent brand application across all platforms.
