Their existing identity lacked cohesion and wasn’t resonating with the audience they aimed to reach. With growing competition and shifting customer expectations, they needed a rebrand that could elevate their image, drive engagement, and set them up for long-term growth—without breaking the bank.
We began by evaluating Al Maccaroni’s current brand presence, analyzing what worked, what didn’t, and where the opportunities lay. We delivered a refined visual identity centered on a bold, versatile combination mark. Supporting collateral included a custom-designed loyalty card and an elegant PDF flyer to boost in-house promotion. These assets laid the foundation for a more professional and memorable brand image across all touchpoints.
To bring the brand to life, we directed and curated high-quality photography, built a bilingual website that welcomed over 57,000 visitors, and managed social media from June 2022 to July 2023—driving consistent growth, increased engagement, and positive customer sentiment.
